Halloween - Dia das Bruxas

E o que e' mesmo uma bruxa(o)?
Um ser aberto em comunicacao com a natureza...
Antigamente, "uma bruxa" nada mais era que uma mulher que usava e passava de geracao a geracao o conhecimento que adquiria com suas experiencias na natureza. Assim como os indios, ela respeitava os ciclos da vida, entendia que algo divino a guiava, administrava ervas para cura dos males da epoca e praticava a linguagem dos animais e das estacoes do ano para sobrevivencia e preservacao do sagrado. Ela tinha os seus rituais de sabedoria espiritual profunda e celebracao em harmonia com os elementos da Terra.
Como mulher ela sabia de sua parte na gestacao do que ja' havia sido criado no divino...
Uma Bruxa hoje e' um ser feminino mal interpretado e um termo muitas vezes mal usado...
Como tudo no mundo, qualquer coisa pode ser vista da maneira que nos cabe pessoalmente, nao seria diferente no caso da nossa interpretacao sobre o que e' "uma bruxa". Geralmente tememos o que desconhecemos crendo que assim evitamos o mau.  
Outras vezes participamos com o mau para dar-lhe mais forca, assim quem sabe, estaremos protegidos uma vez que acreditamos fazer parte dele. No fundo "uma bruxa", como qualquer outra coisa, e' o que queremos que ela seja.

A being open to communication with nature ...
In the old days, "a witch" was nothing more than a woman who used and passed from generation to generation the knowledge she gained with her experiences in nature. Like the Indians, she respected the cycles of life, understood that something divine guided her, administered herbs to cure the illnesses of those times, and practiced the language of animals and the seasons of the year for survival and preservation of the sacred. She had her rituals of celebration of deep spiritual wisdom in harmony with the elements of the earth.
As a woman she knew her part in giving birth to what had already been created in the divine ...
A Witch today is a feminine being misunderstood and a term often misused ...
Like everything in the world, anything will be seen in the way that we personally choose, it wouldn't be different in our interpretation of what "a witch" is. Often we fear what we don't know believing that this way we avoid "bad things".
Other times we join "evil", unconsciously thinking that if we are a part of that evil then we must be protected from it. In the end "a witch", like anything else, is what we want IT to be.
